Dr. Jordan Cabahug

Dr. Jordan Cabahug is a GP registrar at North Street Medical Centre. He graduated
from The University of Western Australia and has since worked across a number of
hospitals across Perth and Western Australia. This has given him extensive
experience in internal medicine, emergency medicine, and critical care.

Dr Jordan is committed to evidence-based medical care with a focus on the long-
term health and wellbeing of his patients. His interests in general practice include
preventative medicine and management of chronic diseases including diabetes and
cardiovascular disease.

Dr Michael Jashari

Dr Michael is a GP Registrar who grew up in Perth and completed his medical degree at the
University of Notre Dame in Fremantle. He has worked across a wide range of medical
settings and enjoys the variety and continuity that General Practice offers. His professional
interests span from preventative health and chronic disease management to sports
medicine and emergency care.
 
Outside of medicine, Dr Michael values time with family and being in nature. He enjoys
regular exercise and can often be found working on DIY projects around the home. Michael
is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care and looks forward to
partnering with patients to support their wellbeing and health goals at every stage of life.

Dr Allan Ingpen

BSc , MBBCh , AACEM (Advanced) , DipPalMed (Clinical) , GradDip(OHS)

Dr. Allan Ingpen started his medical career in South Africa in the ambulance and emergency
services, then completed medical training in Johannesburg, South Africa before immigrating to
Western Australia.
 
In Australia, Allan has worked in multiple metro and regional emergency departments, retrieval
and industrial medicine and has been at Midland ED since 2019. Allan holds Diplomas in Palliative
Care and Occupational Health and an Advanced Associate Membership in Emergency Medicine.
He enjoys all areas of medicine with main interests including emergency and critical care, palliative care, paediatrics and general wellbeing.
 
Allan has moved to general practice to enjoy improved work-life balance and to form meaningful
relationships with his clients and their families.
 
Outside of medicine, Allan enjoys fixing things (or trying to, at least), building scale models, playing
guitar and spending time with his family.

Dr Toby Muia

MD, FRACGP

Toby graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2018 and has since worked at Royal Perth Hospital, St John of God Midland and Mt. Lawley Hospital and Kalgoorlie Regional Hospital.  Toby chose to commence GP training after a year spent in Carnarvon.

Toby’s areas of interest include:

  • General medicine and chronic disease management, including Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Failure and Chronic Kidney Disease
  • Paediatrics and newborns, including 6-week baby check, children’s health and developmental assessments
  • Men’s health, including sexual and reproductive issues, and prostate health
  • Women’s health, including menstrual disorders, menopause, endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome
  • Sexual health, including sexually-transmitted infection screening and management, PrEP, contraception and gender-affirming care
  • Chronic pain management with an emphasis on multidisciplinary care, including management of osteoarthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, migraine and assistance with benzodiazepine/opiate weaning
  • Mental health, including anxiety and depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and substance use disorder

Having grown up in the Perth Hills, Toby enjoys painting landscapes and spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter and chickens

Dr. Fiona Beattie

MBBCH FACEM

Dr. Fiona Beattie is originally from South Africa, where she completed her medical degree before immigrating to Perth in 2010. She completed a Fellowship in Emergency Medicine in 2017 and has worked as a consultant for the last 7 years.

Fiona has worked at a number of locations throughout South Africa and Western Australia, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Fremantle Hospital, Joondalup Health Campus, Royal Perth Hospital and Midland Hospital. She has also worked regionally in Geraldton and Northam, and has experience in emergency Telehealth services across regional and remote WA.

Fiona has a particular interest in paediatrics, men’s health, women’s health and geriatrics.

Outside of work, you’re likely to find her exercising, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with her family, cats and dog.

Dr. Robert Yeoh

Dr Robert Yeoh attained his medical degree at the University of Western Australia in 2018, he also has an undergraduate in Anatomy and Human Biology, and Physiology. 

He has worked in hospitals in his hometown of Perth, as well as throughout the Pilbara, Kimberley, and Midwest regions, working in multiple speciality areas including paediatricsobstetrics and gynaecology, medicine, surgery, and emergency medicine.

He has undertaken further training in paediatrics and emergency medicine.

Outside of work, Robert is a massive foodie and loves to travel and try new cuisines. He likes to keep active by cycling, playing squash, hiking, and dabbling in surfing.

Dr James Dimmer

Dr James Dimmer was born and raised in Perth and attended the University of Western Australia. He has 6 years of experience working in Royal Perth Hospital and St John of God Midland and has worked extensively in the State Trauma Unit and Emergency Department.

He has moved into General Practice to afford more time with his wife and three children.

Special interests include but are not limited to Family Medicine, Psychiatry and Neurodiversity.

Dr Carly Penfound

Dr Carly Penfound qualified in the UK in 2007.  She moved to Australia in 2010 and has worked as an emergency doctor and in various other medical roles within the hospital setting giving her a broad and balanced background for her work as a GP. 

She lives locally within the Swan Valley region with her husband and 2 young children. She loves this area and feels fortunate to bring up her children here. She is passionate about her work and strives to ensure the best care for all her patients.

Dr Zee Wong

BMedSci (Hons) MBBS FRACGP

Dr Zee Wong graduated from University of Tasmania in 2011. Since moving to Western Australia, he gained a broad range of experience in hospitals throughout Western Australia before completing his training as a GP.

Zee enjoys all aspect of family medicine and has an interest preventative medicine, management of chronic diseases, cardiovascular disease prevention, and skin cancers.

Dr Richard Martin

MBBS, Dip. Child Health WA, B.Sc Agr

A family oriented person, he loves gardening, nature, bushwalking and music. Originally a background in horticulture & farming, graduated from UWA as a doctor in 2005.

He has a genuine interest in helping people and thought he could make a difference as a GP.
